Zurich — My Customer APP
The MyCustomer App was develop by Zurich Insurance, in partnership with Apple development team in Cupertino.
It's main goal was to help Zurich agents to access information in a much simpler and faster way, improving their workflow on a daily basis. Three Portuguese agents were the main influences, and the ones that helped developed the app, that later would be spread along Zurich agents all across Europe.
The ultimate goal for this tool was to improve the relationships with the clients, personal and professionally wise, while providing a better service to them.
